My mission
My name is Aleksandra and I am an experienced language tutor. If you are eager to study Japanese, Russian or French, I am here to help you and accompany you at your own pace. Let’s enjoy our progress together. I see my life mission as a «language coach» who helps you work towards your learning objectives. My teaching experience made me realise every client is unique and must be taught in a different way depending on his/her foreign language background, time availability and reasons for studying a language.
Russian
I am a Russian native from the beautiful city of Saint-Petersburg. After studying different foreign cultures myself, I decided I wanted to share with people from around the world what I know and love about Russia. However, language plays a very important role in really getting to know another country. So, in 2016, I got my teaching Russian as a foreign language diploma from the Moscow State University.
My English skills
I work as a multilingual interpreter and commercial representative for cultural and commercial events, such as Paris Fashion Week and Maisons&Objets. I help the product team with sales and presentation of the products in English for foreign customers. I also perform as an interpreter during negotiations.
Japanese
I graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University in Russia in 2010 with a major in Asian Studies. In 2013 I received my JLPT1 (日本語能力試験) certificate and spent time working as a Japanese teacher and interpreter. I am fond of the Japanese language, but also of Japanese culture and history, I would be happy to share my knowledge and experience with you as well as my love and admiration of Japan.
French
I am fluent in French and often work as an interpreter in Paris. I have been speaking it since the age of six as I was a student in a French bilingual school of Saint-Petersburg in Russia. In 2018 I moved to France with my family, so my French knowledge is not «theoretical». I speak a living language and I would be happy to teach it to you. I also absolutely love French grammar with all its craftiness, so let’s study French together!
